- Responsible for monthly EPF, SOCSO and income tax contributions, ensuring compliance to the statutory requirements and deadlines that are in practice.
- Preparation for acceptance of resignation & termination.
- Ensure compliance to the HR audit components and exceeding yearly target.
- Posting of job advertisement in local newspaper/recruitment agencies/job board.
- Weekly updates of employee resignation/transfer out.
- Compliance to the confidentiality of employee information, salary and benefits packages must be strongly adhered to.
- Continuously assist to improve Policies & Procedures.
- To perform on the other job task as assigned by the Human Resources Manager.

**JOB REQUIREMENT**:

- **Male only**:

- Possess at least Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Possess strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office & Payroll Software.
- Able to work independently and solve problem with mínimal direction.
- Working Location**:Desa Pandan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.**

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 2 years (preferred)
- Human Resources Management: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- jawi (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ampang (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Ampang: Relocate before starting work (required)
