**Role Overview**

The HR & Administration Executive supports both human resources and administrative operations within the organization. This role includes managing employee-related processes, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing a bridge between staff and management.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Human Resources**:

- Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new employees.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR management system.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate training and development programs for staff.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary actions under supervision.

**Administrative Support**:

- Ensure efficient day-to-day office operations, including inventory management, stationery, and supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams for office upkeep.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
- Oversee office security, IT support coordination, and facility management.

**Documentation & Reporting**:

- Prepare HR reports, including recruitment updates, attendance records, and performance reviews.
- Maintain and archive company documentation, contracts, and confidential records.
- Ensure proper documentation of administrative expenses and budgets.

**Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Assist in audits, including HR and administrative compliance checks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,200.00 per month
