**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in preparing payroll and managing employee benefits and leave tracking.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee relations, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Organize and support training sessions, workshops, and performance appraisals.
- Prepare regular HR reports and documentation as needed.
- Support internal audits and HR administrative tasks.
- Participate in staff welfare and engagement programs.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a Human Resources role.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems (HRIS).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

**Added Advantage**:

- **Basic accounting knowledge** (e.g., understanding payroll, deductions, statutory contributions).
- Experience working with accounting or payroll software is a plus.

Location : Ampang

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
