**Key Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell telecommunications products and services, including, devices, and accessories.
- Attend to walk-in, online, and phone-in customers with a high level of professionalism and product knowledge.
- Provide product recommendations and technical support based on customer needs and preferences.
- Handle daily sales transactions, account registrations, and SIM card activations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to the Sales or Branch Manager.
- Follow up with potential leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in merchandise display, outlet cleanliness, and stock management.
- Work closely with the team to achieve individual and outlet sales targets. Stay updated with the latest products, offers, and market trends.
- Handle customer complaints or escalate issues as needed to ensure swift resolution.

**Requirements:

SPM/STPM/Diploma or higher in any field.
- Experience in sales or customer service (preferably in telco or retail) is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven, positive attitude, and able to work under pressure.
- Comfortable using basic computer systems and sales software.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays (based on shift rotation).
