Your new responsibilities
- ERT TRAININGS - Oversees training plan for the ERT and other staff members on Schedule & Conduct ERT Trainings, Conduct Gas & Chemical Training, Mass Communication on ERT Topic, Planning and coodination on BOMBA External Training & First Aid Trainings.
- ERT ORGANIZATION - Manages the ERT member organization.
- EMERGENCY PLAN - Develop the Emergency Action Plan using information gained from the previous training exercises and up-to-date hazard, Monitors possible emergency situations (e.g., approaching hurricanes) and vulnerability assessments in lieu with the below expectation.
- EMERGENCY COORDINATION - Determines the level of response needed to manage an emergency situation.
- Report to Fire Safety Manager/ ERT Commander and support on FEK1 & FEK2 Emergency & Operation readiness. Liaise with relevant parties (eg. main contractor, internal stakeholders, local authorities etc) for smooth operation. Compile and report any incident issue happen onsite.Responsible on all Fire Safety Organization operations to ensure legal compliance & conduct regular FSO inspections and supports in all authorities and customer audits. Assess hazards & risks for unsafe situations and work with area owners to develop measures to ensure personnel safety.

What we look for
- Knowledge in Emergency Management, EHS standard &policies with a good Local Enforcement networking and experience. Preferable for Fire System knowledge is added advantage.
- Good in People Management skills
- Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office XP (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) & Microsoft Outlook
- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English Languages (Spoken & Written)
- Effective communication with subordinates, management groups, key stakeholders/department, Security Management and Government Authorities.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead an ERT team and/or drive training to ERT member.
