Skop Kerja:
- **Invoicing and Order Processing**:Accurately key in invoices and process orders received from our outlets.
Ensure timely and error-free processing of invoices and orders.
**Product and Service Knowledge**:Familiarize yourself with all products and services offered by the company.
Provide clear and knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding our products and services.
**Stock Management**:Monitor stock levels and analyze sales data to create sales orders for outlets.
Maintain optimal stock levels at all outlets based on sales history.
**Customer Service**:Attend to customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
**General Administrative Tasks**:Assist in various administrative tasks, including stock tracking, stock taking, and other general duties as requested by the Manager.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
