Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and schedule staff including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Oversee inventory management and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement.
Monitor and control operational costs and budgets.
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Implement strategies to improve restaurant performance and increase revenue.
Maintain records of payroll, attendance, sales, and inventory.
Coordinate marketing activities and promotional events.
Ensure the restaurant ambiance and cleanliness meets brand standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
3+ years of proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of restaurant operations and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
