We are looking for a **Junior Data Analyst** to join our team, responsible for analyzing data, generating insights, and supporting business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Performance Reporting**: Create weekly and monthly performance reports to track campaign outcomes and key metrics.
- **Data Quality Management**: Assess data quality, clean, and standardize data from multiple sources.
- **Error Identification & Resolution**: Identify data discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze data using Excel and other statistical tools to uncover trends and performance insights.
- **Dashboard Development**: Design and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards for data visualization.
- **Insights Presentation**: Build storylines with data visuals to present insights to various stakeholders.
- **Data Maintenance**: Regularly update and maintain data to ensure accuracy.
- **Ad-hoc Analysis**: Perform data gathering and analysis to support sales and marketing teams.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, or related technical discipline (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- **Experience**: Work experience in data analysis or a related field is preferred.
- **Analytical Skills**: Ability to analyze large datasets and provide actionable insights.
- **Communication Skills**: High-level written and verbal communication skills.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI being a plus.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to translate business requirements into data solutions.
- **Team Collaboration**: Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various teams.
