Sales Coordinator Inventory Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Assists the sales team with administrative tasks, including such as managing customer database, processing orders, invoices and filing.
- Monitor inventory levels, track stock movements and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Detail oriented individual to manage incoming and outgoing orders.
- Process sales order coordinate with suppliers and manage shipping and logistics.
- Provide excellent customers service support address inquiries and resolve issue promptly.
- Generate sales reports, analyze sales data and identify trends.
**Requirements**:
- Exceptional leadership and time, task and resource management skills.
- Strong problem-solving critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computer, especially MS office and MS excel.
- Good command of language (both spoken written in Bahasa Malaysia and English and Mandarin will be added advantage).
- Ability to plan keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- At least year of working experience in the related field.
- Able to do multitask and work well under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
