We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with company policies. The Account Executive will play a key role in maintaining the financial health of our company by ensuring the accuracy of financial data, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Daily Transactions Management**:

- Keep accurate records of all daily transactions.
- Update internal systems with financial data regularly.

**Financial Reporting**:

- Prepare balance sheets.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy.

**Invoice and Payment Processing**:

- Process invoices in a timely manner.
- Manage the company’s accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Track bank deposits and payments.
- Processing refunds for customers and clients.

**Financial Audits and Compliance**:

- Participate in financial audits.
- Review and implement financial policies to ensure compliance.

**Budget and Expense Management**:

- Assist with budget preparation and forecasting.
- Manage staff expenses, including daily claims and expenses.
- Track and monitor organization expenses.

**Salary and Contributions**:

- Perform salary transactions and statutory contributions.
- Ensure timely processing of payroll and related contributions.

**Sales Monitoring**:

- Monitor daily sales reports and verification.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
