**Qualifications1. Executive Assistance & Scheduling**
- Act as the **Personal Assistant** to the Executive Director, providing full administrative and personal support.
- Manage the Executive Director’s **calendar**, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and business trips.
- Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, and follow up on key action points.
- Accompany the Executive Director to meetings, events, and networking functions when required.
- Handle correspondence and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
**2. Hiring & Recruitment Support**
- Liaise with external recruiters, job agencies, and potential hires.
- Maintain an **organized database** of applicants, resumes, and hiring documentation.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires.
**3. Office Administration & Miscellaneous Tasks**
- Maintain **office supplies**, ensuring stock levels are adequate and replenished as needed.
- Assist with **basic financial documentation**, expense tracking, and invoice handling.
- Ensure the office environment is well-organized and operational.
- Carry out any additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Director.
