To handle Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Perform credit control activities including monitoring of receivable aging, contact customers for payment commitments, issue statements of accounts, reminder letters & other related documents to customers.
- Perform timely collections of receivables in accordance with credit terms granted and follow up regularly on accounts that are overdue.
- Assist in resolving discrepancies or dispute with customers.
- Update the payment received from customers.
- Gather information and issuing invoices with proper document and reconciliation invoices.
- Accurately record and process Accounts Payable transactions in a timely manner.
- Verify invoices, match with purchase orders and receipts, and ensure proper documentation.
- Prepare and process payments for outsource services, suppliers, petty cash, intercompany transactions.
- Verify and reconcile expense reports submitted by employees.
- Ensure adherence to payment terms and company policies.
- Establish and maintain robust controls for recurring payments to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure no missing invoices and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.
- Reconcile bank statements regularly to verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and internal stakeholders to address payment-related queries.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain primary financial data for use in accounting records.
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate year end audit.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and supppliers.
- Assist in preparation of financial analysis, business valuation, financial projection and any related report for management decision making.
- Any other ad-hoc support to the finance team.
**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
