**Education**:

- Degree holders: Must have at least 5 years of experience managing manpower supply contracts in the oil and gas sector.
- Diploma holders: Must have at least 8 years of relevant experience in manpower supply contract management in the oil and gas sector.

**Technical Skill**:
1. Knowledge of contract law, procurement practices, and manpower regulations.

2. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

3. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and contract management systems.

4. Able to work independently and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Manage the full contract lifecycle - from contract creation, negotiation, execution, renewal, and closure.

2. Draft, review, and update contract documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal and company standards.

3. Liaise with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure contractual obligations are met.

4. Monitor contract performance indicators including KPIs, SLAs, and penalties.

5. Ensure timely processing of invoices and payments in accordance with contract terms.

6. Maintain and update contract records and documentation.

7. Handle disputes, claims, or contract breaches and work towards resolution.

8. Coordinate with legal, finance, HR, and project teams for contract-related matters.

9. Support audits and compliance reviews related to manpower supply contracts.

Pay: From RM3,000.00 per month
