Job Overview

Who we are looking for
This is a tech savvy person who has loves interacting with digital technology and people to achieve sales and customer service target.

What does he/she needs to achieve
- The highest level of customer service and service level for today’s discerning customers.
- Achieve sales target of the showroom

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide advice on product line to customers based on features.
- Advise customers on current sales and promotions and other value-added information.
- Attend to customers pre and post sales inquiries with tactfulness
- Maintain the operations of the showroom on a daily basis according to company requirements and standard.
- Handle all aspects of store including monitoring order, receiving of stock and storage of items. Maintain update and inventory records.
- Perform all other duties, activities and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

**Qualifications**:

- 1 - 2 years of experience in consumer electronics retailing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
- Ability to work with mínimal guidance, a resourceful go-getter who is proactive and handles customers with skills and wit.
- Self-motivated, target-driven and interested to learn and grow in the retail industry
- Comfortable with using digital technologies to improve work efficiencies and effectiveness.
- Strong prioritization, organization, and administrative skills
- A team player with a high sense of ownership and commitment. Values trust and respect in creating a harmonious and united working environment.
