We are hiring a**Sales Support Specialist to join our team on a full time, permanent basis.

Join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in shaping our success. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will manage quotations and pricing for cross-regional sales, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. You will have full ownership of the pricing database and coordinate pricing spreadsheets.

- You are a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills.
- You have experience in sales support, pricing strategies, and customer engagement.
- You excel in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- You possess strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- You are proficient in interpreting floor plans, creating quotations, and managing pricing databases.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality support.

**Desired skills and experience**:

- Proficiency in quotation tools such as Hedberg, Excel, and Quest (in-house system).
- Knowledge of power and data infrastructure and distribution systems.
- Familiarity with BIFMA, IAQ, ISO, and LEED standards related to Steelcase products and projects.
- Drafting expertise using specification tools like PCON and AutoCAD (Revit & SketchUp are beneficial).
- Ability to interpret customer requirements and, when necessary, influence solution direction.

**What You Will Be Doing**:

- Prepare quotations and pricing strategies.
- Support service requests and collaborate with sales and internal teams.
- Engage with customers to define project requirements.
- Calculate logistics costs and review quotes for accuracy.
- Maintain records and support post-installation drawings.
