Quality Assurance Intern

**Job Description**:

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to bring ideas to life
- Work with Product Managers by using data to understand customer behaviour and performance of features be data-driven in estimating the of impact and determining prioritisation
- Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics and propose further iterations
- Perform duties such as handling production issues, i.e standby during the campaign period, raising JIRA tickets, discussing solutions with the development team and update to the relevant team in a timely manner
- Work with Business Product Teams and assist to develop and execute test cases based on the business requirements
- The placement of this internship will be in ShopeeFood, ShopeePay or SeaMoney

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred
- Good communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
- Understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development is preferred
- Data-driven, strong ability in analysing data to derive insights and make decisions
- Adaptable, open-minded, and comfortable to work with change in a dynamic environment
- Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
