**Position Title**:Customer Service Officer - Export (Mandarin Speaker)
**Division**:Global Shared Services Penang

**Location**:Penang, Malaysia **Department: Operation**

**Reports to (position)**:Manager - TGF GSS Penang

**OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

The position will be responsible to enter data from various source documents into the in house system for storage, processing and data management purposes.

**PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Enter data according to the Export Standard Operating Procedure
- Create Quick Booking according to the Booking confirmation in Cargo Wise system.
- Responsible to register Consol and proceed with issuance of Shippers instruction.
- Respond to queries for information and access relevant files.
- Keeping sensitive customer or company information confidential.

**SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB**
**Technical**
- Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
- Export Experience in Freight Forwarding
- Proven data entry working experience
- Familiarity with MS Office
- **Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin**:

- Attention to details and accuracy
- Minimum with Diploma in any related field or equivalent

- Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang
- Work Type: Permanent Full - Time
- Working Hours: 8.30 a.m - 5.30p.m (Hybrid Option provided)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
