**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Manage the Director’s calendar, schedule meetings, and make travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, attend meetings, and take minutes.
- Organize and maintain documents, ensuring easy retrieval and proper filing.
- **Accounts and HR Coordination**:

- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and documentation.
- Liaise with the finance team to ensure accurate bookkeeping and timely payments.
- Coordinate HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and handling basic HR queries.
- **Meeting and Reporting**:

- Arrange internal and external meetings, ensuring proper preparation and follow-up on action items.
- Compile departmental reports and summarize key points for the Director’s review.
- Coordinate with various departments to gather updates, track project status, and provide concise summaries.
- **Project and Task Management**:

- Monitor and follow up on tasks assigned by the Director to different departments or team members.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, proposals, and project plans.
- Support the Director in managing special projects and strategic initiatives.
- **Stakeholder Management**:

- Act as a point of contact between the Director and external partners, clients, and stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

**Additional Job Scope**:

- Maintain an organized system for the Director’s personal and professional documentation.
- Assist in coordinating events, seminars, or conferences.
- Provide logístical support during company events and activities.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as requested by the Director.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, HR, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably with experience in administration, accounts, and HR.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with scheduling and project management software.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Professional demeanor, high level of integrity, and the ability to handle confidential information.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in preparing financial reports and handling basic HR functions.
- Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
