JOB SUMMARY - Responsible to recruit good quality promoter and provide on ground training in order to enhance sell-out. - To ensure promoter is carry out their job duties well PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES - Provide leadership and supervisory support to ensure efficient functioning of her team to meet and maximize sales targets and established goals. - Build good relationship with Store Managers/Pharmacy Owners to gain support & secure relevant promotion opportunities. - Preparing & organising promoter’s working schedule, assigning them to high potential outlets and monitoring her promoter’s daily sales performance. - Preparing and submission of daily sales report and follow-up activities of promoters within their assigned outlet - To assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, monitoring of outlet stock to ensure healthy stock level. - Provide monthly inventory report for identified pharmacies who participates in sell-out incentive program. - Provide coaching and mentoring to build a strong promoters team that can achieve desired sales target. - Coordinate with marketing team to set up, roll out ground promo activities and provide sufficient crewing support. - Recruitment of promoters & conduct on-the-job training (product knowledge & customer service skill) and assessing good performers for promotion opportunities. - Attend and respond to customer queries/complaint. - Conduct store visit to check stocks in the display shelves, proper display and securing good planogram position for Clinelle and other product line. - Observe market competition and provide pro-active suggestions to management on improvement ideas. - To assist in sales ordering whenever needed. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT - Minimum 5 years’ solid working experience in sales and manpower management, preferably in FMCG/skincare field - Mature with good communication skill and ability to work across functions - Result oriented, proactive, independent and willing to work under pressure
