- Work Experience: 3-7yrs
- Skill set Required:
- Prior experience of working on a workflow driven content management platform (Drupal/AEM/Wordpress etc.)
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS and similar web technologies. Javascript knowledge is good to have
- Basic understanding of web content management process, SEO
- Ability to interact and collaborate with multiple stakeholders (designers, marketing team, copyrighters, creative agencies etc.)
- Client interfacing skills
- Area of Responsibility:
- Oversee deployment of approved content through available platforms, following established processes
- Coordinate with onsite team and offshore team on requirements during both foundation/migration/steady state phases
- Support efforts for web content updates through content platform (Drupal/AEM/Wordpress)
- Drive interactions with 3rd party creative agencies and content vendors
- Manage team escalations
- Manage client stakeholder expectations through workshops and interactions as required
- Identify and drive improvements in content management procedures
- Must be able to speak and write Japanese aand have N1 or N2 proficiencey in Japanese Language and fluent in speaking Chinese (mandarin/Cantonese)
