**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and articulate Sales Executive to join our logistics sales team. This entry-level position is ideal for a fresh graduate looking to start a career in the fast-paced logistics and supply chain industry. You will play a key role in generating leads, promoting our logistics services, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce and promote logistics services (e.g., freight forwarding, warehousing, last-mile delivery).
- Understand customer business needs and suggest appropriate logistics solutions.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the field sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a pipeline of potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-up.
- Accurately record customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly call and lead targets.

**Requirements**:

- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, and B2B sales.
- Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven.
- Ability to work in a team and manage time effectively.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; sales or internship experience is a plus.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
