As an HR Intern, you'll be a vital part of our team, supporting various HR initiatives. Gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent development. This internship offers a dynamic environment for personal and professional growth, providing a concise yet comprehensive overview of HR operations in retail industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- To assist and take part in the end-to-end process of Talent Acquisition which includes hands on experience in Attracting, Sourcing, Screening, Reference Checks,and Hiring Approvals Preparation.
- To assist and be involved in Talent Acquisition projects - Career Fair and Talent Fest as well as any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- To be an active player and contributor in employer branding and culture initiatives.
- To assist in the day-to-day activities in the Talent Acquisition team.
**; Requirements**:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Human Resources or Psychology.
- Self-reliant and self-motivated.
- Genuine interest in human resources and talent acquisition, with a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- Possess effective communication skills (excellent written and verbal communication skills).
- Attention to detail strong time-management skills.
- Active supporter towards Employer Branding and cultural initiatives.
