We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented **Talent Acquisition Intern**to be a key support in our hiring process and play an essential role in strengthening our talent pipeline and people development efforts.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Assist to create job descriptions and job requirements.
- Prepare job offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires
- Support the post-job postings and recruitment materials.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts, including brainstorming creative content ideas, supporting video production, editing to post it in our social media and Koppiku LinkedIn page.
- Performs other related duties/ tasks as assigned by superior/ management

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or any related fields
- Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply/ internship for up to 6 months
- Preferable can speak mandarin language
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent presentation, communication, problem-solving, interpersonal, and time-management skills
- A valuable team player and able to work independently
- Computer literate with good command of both written and spoken English and Malay
- Confident, proactive, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess own transport and willing to travel

**Job Type**: Internship

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
