**Job Tasks & Responsibilities**:

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in digital and physical formats
- Assist with filing, scanning, photocopying, and organizing company documents
- Prepare simple reports, forms, and internal memos when required
- Maintain and track office supplies inventory
- Help coordinate meetings, appointments, and small events
- Assist other departments such as HR or Finance with administrative support
- Carry out other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager

**Requirements**:

- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willing to learn, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
- Good communication skills in [English/Bahasa Malaysia]

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM800.00 per month
