**SKOP KERJA PEMBANTU PENGURUS AM**

**1. Pengurusan Operasi**
- Membantu General Manager dalam merancang, mengawal, dan memantau **operasi harian** syarikat.
- Memastikan semua jabatan (contoh: pemasaran, kewangan, operasi, HR) berfungsi mengikut objektif syarikat.
- Mengenal pasti masalah operasional dan mencadangkan penyelesaian kepada General Manager.

**2. Perancangan Strategik**
- Membantu General Manager dalam **membangunkan strategi syarikat** jangka pendek dan panjang.
- Mengumpulkan data dan menyediakan laporan berkaitan prestasi syarikat untuk menyokong pembuatan keputusan strategik.
- Melaksanakan strategi dan memantau keberkesanannya.

**3. Penyeliaan dan Kepimpinan**
- Menyelia pengurus jabatan atau pasukan, memastikan mereka mencapai sasaran yang ditetapkan.
- Memberikan panduan, sokongan, dan motivasi kepada pekerja untuk memastikan prestasi kerja yang tinggi.
- Mengambil alih tanggungjawab General Manager apabila beliau tidak hadir atau sibuk.

**4. Pengurusan Kewangan**
- Membantu dalam menyediakan bajet tahunan, analisis kos, dan mengawal perbelanjaan syarikat.
- Menyemak laporan kewangan untuk memastikan ketepatan dan pematuhan terhadap garis panduan kewangan.
- Menyediakan cadangan kepada General Manager tentang peluang penjimatan kos atau pelaburan.

**5. Pemantauan KPI dan Prestasi**
- Memantau pencapaian **Key Performance Indicators (KPI)** bagi setiap jabatan dan pekerja.
- Menilai laporan prestasi syarikat dan mencadangkan penambahbaikan jika diperlukan.
- Memastikan semua aktiviti berjalan mengikut standard kualiti dan garis panduan syarikat.

**6. Pengurusan Projek**
- Menguruskan projek khas yang diberikan oleh General Manager, termasuk merancang, melaksanakan, dan memastikan projek selesai mengikut masa dan bajet.
- Berkomunikasi dengan pihak berkepentingan dalaman dan luaran untuk memastikan projek berjaya.

**7. Komunikasi dan Hubungan**
- Berperanan sebagai **penghubung** antara General Manager dan jabatan lain.
- Menghadiri mesyuarat penting dengan pihak pengurusan atasan atau pelanggan jika diperlukan.
- Menangani aduan atau isu yang memerlukan perhatian segera daripada pihak pengurusan.

**8. Pematuhan dan Risiko**
- Memastikan semua operasi syarikat mematuhi undang-undang, peraturan, dan dasar syarikat.
- Membantu dalam mengenal pasti dan mengurus risiko yang boleh menjejaskan operasi atau kewangan syarikat.

**9. Inovasi dan Penambahbaikan**
- Mencadangkan inisiatif untuk meningkatkan **kecekapan operasi** atau **pendapatan syarikat**.
- Memastikan syarikat sentiasa bersedia menghadapi perubahan pasaran atau teknologi.
