We help maintain portfolio quality within set targets. - We are committed to new ideas, collaboration, and delivering measurable results. - If you're looking for a supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact, we'd love for you to join us **Get to Know the Role** - We are looking for Assistant Manager of the Regional Collections Analytics, QC & Training team to support the team in the data-related processes as well as quality control and training related processes in the Collections area - You will report into the **Manager, Regional Collections Analytics, QC & Training and be based in Petaling Jaya, working onsite.** **The Critical Tasks You Will Perform** - You will be responsible for all regular reports and ad-hoc collection-related analysis for all countries and monitor backend strategies and ensure operations are running in all 6 countries - You will work with country collection managers and the data team for all collection related inquiries and targets. - You will provide support in designing and accomplishing dynamic collection strategies for backend (late, DPD >90+) collections, ensuring qualified accounts are endorsed to the External CollectionAgency (ECA) monthly and tracking their repayment and performance. - You will assist country collection managers in preparing and forecasting budgets, including the number of agents and collection activity costs (e.g. SMS, Telco, Incentive, LOD, among others). - You will support the in other initiatives such as UAT for system migration and testing of new technology to enhance collection efficiency and customer engagement. **Qualifications** What Essential Skills You Will Need** - You have a degree holder in a relevant field such as Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related disciplines - You have a min of 5+ years of working experience preferably in the Fintech industry or financial services. - You have knowledge of credit risk management, debt recovery strategies, and legal regulations are good to have. - You have a strong understanding of database structures and tools such as SQL, Power BI, and other data visualization or analytics platforms (e.g. Tableau, Excel VBA, Python for data analysis). **Additional Information** Life at Grab** We care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer: - We have your back with **Term Life Insurance**and comprehensive **Medical Insurance.**: - With **GrabFlex,**create a benefits package that suits your needs and aspirations. - Celebrate moments that matter in life with loved ones through **Parental** and **Birthday leave**, and give back to your communities through **Love-all-Serve-all (LASA)** volunteering leave - We have a confidential **Grabber Assistance Programme** to guide and uplift you and your loved ones through life's challenges. - Balancing personal commitments and life's demands are made easier with our FlexWork arrangements such as differentiated hours **What We Stand For At Grab
