**Positions Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth. You will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of our sales operations.
**Responsibility**
Sales Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and support to maximize their potential.
- Set clear sales objectives and targets for the team, regularly monitoring performance and providing constructive feedback.Motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales goals through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies and action plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with the executive team to establish sales goals, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, understanding their business needs and providing exceptional service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, offering product knowledge, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
- Conduct regular customer visits, participate in industry events, and leverage networking opportunities to expand the customer base and promote the company's products/services.
Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and individual/team performance.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to optimize sales results.
- Present regular updates and reports to the management team, highlighting sales achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive sales culture, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive revenue growth.
- Effectively communicate sales strategies, targets, and initiatives to the sales team, ensuring alignment and understanding of expectations.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- At least 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and identify trends.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with customers and attend industry events.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
