As we expand across Malaysia, we’re looking for a driven and experienced **Sales Manager** to lead our sales team and grow our retail and distribution channels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across retail, wholesale, and online channels.
- Overseeing local and regional sales, promotions and campaigns
- Planning and directing the hiring and training of new Sales Representatives
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and distribution networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stockists, and corporate buyers.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align promotional campaigns with sales objectives.
- Manage pricing strategies, discounts, and sales forecasting.
- Provide regular reports and insights to top management on sales performance and challenges.
- Conduct training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills among the team.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are upheld throughout all sales channels.

**Qualifications / Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, or retail industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive, motivate, and manage a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Passionate about perfume, lifestyle, and beauty products.
- Able to work in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic sales reporting tools.
- Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel for client meetings or store visits.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
