**JOB FUNCTIONS**:
1. Leading and directing admin staff to ensure efficient office operations.

2. Ensuring good coordination with other related departments, including sales, account, HR, purchasing, technical & operations team.

3. Responsible to document customers’ needs, communicate & liaise with all concerned departmental Heads ensure customers’ requirements are understood & can be fulfilled.

4. Acting as a point of contact, handling correspondence, answering phones, and relaying information

5. To assist in invoicing, billing and credit collection.

6. To check and monitor payments from customers.

7. Perform matching of payments against monthly billings.

8. Resolves any issues on over payments or under payments.

9. Follow up on long overdue outstanding debit.

10. Assist in preparing sales and collections reports.

11. To ensure daily correspondence to the customer are handled smoothly and professionally.

12. To handle calls and operate the switchboard with proficiency.

13. To accept and distribute incoming mails.

14. To attend to clients courteously and provide good customer services (on the phone and walk in).

15. To perform data entry function when required.

16. To type documents and correspondences with speed and accuracy.

17. To maintain good filing system and proper records of all documents.

18. To type lab reports.

19. To monitor and manage HR documents.

20. To monitor cleaning agency.

21. Keep stock on office and cleaning tools inventory.

22. Well maintain office facilities and utilities.

23. Sample registration.

24. Sending report and invoice to customer.

25. To monitor dispatch record.

26. To assist in sales and marketing activities.

27. To prepare sales and marketing materials.

28. Any other duties which may be assigned to you from time to time.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
