_**Record Daily Driver Trip Fees**:_
- Create a log or spreadsheet to record daily trip fees for each driver.
- Include details such as driver name, date, trip details, and the corresponding fees.
- _**Assist with Daily Lorry Checking Data Recording**:_
- Develop a checklist for lorry inspections to ensure safety and compliance.
- Record inspection data daily, noting any issues that need attention.
- _**Assist with Daily Lorry GPS and Incidence Record**:_
- Use GPS tracking software to monitor lorry locations and routes.
- Record any incidents or deviations from planned routes.
- _**Keep Record of All Logistic Documentation**:_
- Organize and maintain a digital or physical filing system for all logistics-related documents, such as bills of lading, invoices, and shipping records.
- _**Daily Update of Goods Receive Note (GRN)**:_
- Create a template for GRNs to document goods received.
- Ensure that all received goods are accurately recorded and updated daily.
- Coordinate with the appropriate authorities to obtain permits for deliveries, and keep a record of all permits obtained.
- _**Arrange Transport & Coordination**:_
- Schedule and coordinate transportation for goods, considering factors like vehicle availability and delivery deadlines.
- _**Preparing of GRN Label for Warehouse**:_
- Design labels for goods received at the warehouse, including essential information such as product details and quantity.
- _**Assist with Stock Take Data Tabulation**:_
- Conduct regular stocktakes to track inventory levels.
- Create a spreadsheet to tabulate stock data, noting any discrepancies.
- _**Assist to Comply with All Company Standard-Related Documentation**:_
- Ensure that all documentation and processes comply with company standards and industry regulations.
- _**Update Warehouse Daily Stock Balance In & Out**:_
- Keep track of daily stock movements in and out of the warehouse and maintain accurate inventory records.
- _**Generate Production Requests Based on Stock Balance**:_
- Use stock balance data to generate production requests, ensuring that manufacturing aligns with inventory levels.
- 5day (Monday to Friday)7.30am to 4.30pm
- Working location : Nusajaya Tech Park

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
