STARS International School is an academically driven institution with an outstanding record of high performance. We are looking for a qualified and driven individual with experience as an academic consultant to join our dynamic team.

The role holder is responsible for driving student enrollment in the school by prospecting, nurturing prospective leads, and onboarding new students.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Actively participate in all student recruitment and enrolment drive initiatives to achieve 100% student enrolment and ensure high-quality customer experiences at all times;
- Develops parent engagement strategies to quickly and effectively build relationships with prospective parents;
- Initiate and champion key school orientation and recruitment events and school tours on weekdays, including evenings, and on occasional weekends;
- Possess a clear understanding of the school’s admission policies and standards and follow accordingly;
- Works closely with the Head of Academics/Head of Admission to plan actions for the achievement of targeted goals, completes the daily follow-up tasks, and works towards the achievement of these targets;
- Able to understand the key pain points and drivers of prospective parents and align the school’s offerings to their needs;
- Collaborates with the marketing and academic teams to develop strategies to increase enrolment numbers;
- Monitors the offline and online channels for leads and follows up with prospective parents (e.g., one-to-one counselling for offline channels, quick response to messages and web queries for online channels or teleconversations, etc.).
- Reviews the effectiveness of the various channels and shares feedback with the Head of Academics/Head of Admission.
- Strong initiative to follow up on prospective parents.
- Warm and friendly nature, unflappable under pressure.

- Build good relationships with external stakeholders for recruitment purposes.
- Ensures each recruitment and admissions process is streamlined for a positive customer experience
- Assists in the planning and organising of various programmes and activities on campus, such as Open House, parent-teacher events, orientation, etc.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as prescribed by management;

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
