Payroll Executive

Job Description - Manage and oversee payroll operations in the Shared Services Center for OPCOs ensuring accuracy and timeliness. - Take a proactive approach to identify process improvements and efficiency measures. - Perform end-to-end payroll administration tasks including schedule management data validation and data checking. - Liaise with local HRBP for payroll data clarification (such as bonus payment, salary adjustment, full and final payment) to ensure complete and accurate payroll data is captured for payroll processing. - Validate and approve payroll processing outputs and reports. Manage statutory reporting and provide Level support for manager and employee queries. - Collaborate with OPCO and vendor for payroll change requests and support HR C&B function. - Handling and process recharges in and out of various FUJIFILM group of companies. - Liaise with vendor and internal organizations (Finance, IT and Compliance) to ensure seamless payroll and time & attendance processes/services. - Maintain regulatory compliance and develop necessary documentation as needed. - Complete any other assigned tasks or projects. Job Requirement - 1 - 3 years work experience in Payroll or HR field preference given to those with experience in HR Shared Services Center. - Singapore Payroll experience is a bonus - Familiarity with various HR disciplines. - Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. - Excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail.
