**About the role**

We are seeking an enthusiastic Human Resources Assistant to join our team at LIFE WATER INDUSTRIES SDN. BHD. in Sabah. This full-time position is responsible for providing comprehensive HR support to our growing organization. As a key member of our HR team, you will contribute to the efficient management of employee-related processes and the enhancement of our company culture.

**What you'll be doing**
- Assisting with the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll and exit processes
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation
- Supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Providing administrative support to the HR team as needed
- Helping to foster a positive and inclusive work environment

**What we're looking for**
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative role
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and Word
- A team player with a positive, customer-focused attitude
- Familiarity with HR best practices and employment legislation

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
