HR
- Manage Staff Recruitment
- Manage Payroll, EA, EPF, Socso & LHDN and other Benefits
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws & company policy and procedure.
- Manage record keeping office needs and attendance.
Account
- Manage and maintain financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and bank statements.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as vendors, clients, and auditors.
- Provide support during audits and financial inspections.
**Requirements/Qualifications;**
- Diploma/Degree in Accounts or Finance related fields
- Min 1 year of working experience
- Good Communication and writing skills
- Able to handle UBS System, Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in E-invoice and SST will be added advantage.
- Possess own transport
- Fast learner & able to work independently with mínimal guidance.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
