**JD PURCHASING CUM ADMIN**

**A. Objektif/ Ringkasan Tugas**

Purchasing cum admin merupakan seorang yang bertanggungjawab membantu aktiviti perniagaan di bahagian pembelian dengan membuat pesanan bekalan dan bahan mentah. Bertanggungjawab dengan pembelian atau pembeli, menyediakan dokumen sokongan pentadbiran, dan menyimpan rekod inventori dan pembelian sepanjang proses belian. Kerani pembelian juga terlibat dalam pengurusan hubungan dengan pembekal, mencari peluang penjimatan kos yang efektif.

**B. Pendidikan Minima dan Kemahiran**
- Memiliki tahap pendidikan diploma dalam kewangan/perakaunan atau apa sahaja yang setaraf dengannya.
- Fresh graduate dialu-alukan.
- Mempunyai sekurang -kurangnya 1-2 tahun pengalaman di dalam tugasan.
- Seorang yang teliti, sabar, bermotivasi tinggi, bertanggungjawab dan boleh berkerjasama di dalam kumpulan.
- Berkebolehan berkomunikasi dengan baik di dalam Bahasa Malaysia & Bahasa Ingeris dan berpesonaliti menarik
- Amanah dan jujur dalam menjalankan tanggungjawab.

**C. Tanggungjawab Utama**:

- Membuat pesanan untuk bekalan dan bahan mentah.
- Menyelenggara rekod pembelian dan inventori.
- Menyokong tugas-tugas pentadbiran dalam jabatan pembelian, seperti penyediaan dokumen, pengurusan panggilan, dan sebagainya.
- Menguruskan komunikasi dengan pembekal, termasuk menjawab pertanyaan, memperbaharui maklumat, dan menyelesaikan isu-isu pembelian.
- Memantau tempoh penghantaran dan mengambil tindakan jika terdapat kelewatan atau masalah dalam penghantaran.
- Menyelenggara sistem atau perisian komputer yang berkaitan dengan aktiviti pembelian.
- Menyediakan laporan berkala mengenai inventori dan pembelian kepada pihak yang berkenaan dalam syarikat.
- Menyertai dalam proses pengadaan barang dan perkhidmatan, termasuk penilaian vendor dan rundingan harga.
- Menyelenggara dan mengemas kini fail-fail dan dokumen berkaitan dengan pembelian.
- Menyokong pengurusan hubungan dengan pelanggan dalaman dan luaran bagi memastikan kepuasan pelanggan.
- Menyumbangkan idea dan cadangan untuk meningkatkan proses pembelian dan pengurusan inventori.
- Menyelenggara aspek keselamatan dan kualiti dalam pembelian barang dan bahan mentah.

D. Tugasan sampingan
- Bertanggungjawab dalam hal ehwal pentadbiran semasa dipejabat.
- Tugasan ad-hoc dari masa ke semasa.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- purchasing: 1 year (preferred)
