**Position: Sales Specialist - SME Loan**
**Type: Permanent**
**Location: Klang Valley**
**Salary: Up to RM9,000 (Basic)**

What You Need:

- 3+ years in BD/sales (**SME, banking, or fintech**)
- **Strong B2B SME client network** (construction, hospitality, telco, or tech)
- Goal-driven & self-motivated
- Proven success managing SME portfolios and hitting aggressive sales targets.
- A **Bachelor's Degree** (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A hunter mindset - motivated, goal-driven, and passionate about closing deals.

What You’ll Do:

- Drive acquisition of new SME clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Customize and present SME financing solutions that meet client needs.
- Lead deal negotiations and close high-value contracts.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth, compliant loan processing.
- Share market insights and performance updates with management.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
