We are seeking a highly motivated **Outbound Sales Specialist (SDR)** to drive top-of-funnel activities on a global scale.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and qualify SaaS leads, driving engagement through well-crafted pitches and follow-ups.
- Maintain a strong and accurate pipeline of qualified leads.
- Use outreach databases and GenAI tools to personalize and optimize prospecting.
- Schedule meetings or demos for senior sales team members.
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment on campaigns and messaging.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting.
- Share prospect feedback to improve outbound strategies and messaging.

**Key Requirements**
- **3-6 years of SDR or outbound B2B sales experience**, ideally in a **SaaS or tech environment**.
- Demonstrated success in global outreach and qualifying leads across multiple regions.
- Excellent spoken and written English; clear, polished, and persuasive communicator.
- Proficient with sales prospecting tools and lead databases (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Comfortable using GenAI tools to assist in outreach, personalization and workflow optimization.
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
- Exposure or interest in geospatial, GIS, or remote sensing domains is a plus.
- This opportunity is available to individuals authorized to work in Malaysia.
