**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Outlet Chef** to lead and manage our new **corporate cafeteria project**, located in **Setia Alam (Setia City)**serving a workforce of approximately 100+ employees daily. This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who is passionate about delivering high-quality meals in a professional workplace environment.
- **This vacancy is a pre-screening process, project will estimate to start between December 2025 to January 2026.**_

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and service, in accordance with company standards.
- Plan and execute a balanced menu suitable for corporate cafeteria service.
- Ensure food quality, freshness, and presentation meet high standards at all times.
- Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of all work areas and kitchen equipment.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock rotation.
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
- Work closely with the Group Executive Chef and Management to implement menu changes, cost controls, and operational improvements.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotels, restaurants, or central kitchens.
- Prior experience managing a small-to-medium kitchen team is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Highly responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP procedures.
- Willing to travel within **Setia Alam**.
