You will be responsible for the sales of our online tests, assessments and surveys and also working with our consultants to ensure quality service delivery to our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make sales to current and new clients (Hunter role)
- Establish new client relationships and build sales pipeline
- Develop and build partnerships with key clients
- Work with marketing support to deliver products and solutions to clients
- Update clients on new products and assessment solutions
- Customise and design assessment solutions to client requirements
- Assist with other administration and marketing as required
**Requirements**:
- Strong sales track record, experience in selling to HR is a plus
- Hunter sales ability
- Knowledge of psychometric tools, assessments and tests is an advantage
- Positive attitude, reliability and ability to sell is important
- Excellent English language skills, Chinese or Malay language skills are an advantage
- Customer focused and proactive, able to communicate professionally and with confidence
- High degree of initiative and accuracy, able to work independently
- Pleasant and customer service oriented
- Own transport
