**The Company**
We are partnering with a global logistics company that provides logistics services and supply chain solutions.
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible to develop and execute a sustainable HR structure to align with the company’s vision, drive performance, and renew through innovation and full spectrum of Human Resource operations.
**The Role**
- Compliance with the corporate recruitment and onboarding process and/or adaptation to the local requirements including appropriate document control.
- Analyze the needs of new/additional staff and attend to HR-related inquiries from staff.
- Knowledge in Corporate Design relating to job adverts.
- Design, layout and advertise jobs and cooperate with head-hunters/HR consultants.
- Regular contacts to authorities, schools, universities as part of search of new employees and monitor the local labour market.
- Implementation of the onboarding process and engagement programmes within the department.
- Monitor and conduct feedback interviews after the probation period.
- Ensure compliance with corporate Annual Appraisal Interview (MIG) processes, including implementation and document control.
- Work closely with the manager to support management level and employees in all kinds of training activities.
- Build up and maintain contacts to local educational and training institutions.
- Conduct structured Employee Exit interviews with employees who resigned and update exit codes in SAP HR.
- Perform market analysis on remunerations and benefits for benchmarking and review local policies and practices to ensure that remuneration and benefits are competitive with the market and consistent with the company’s value proposition and financial budget.
- Administer employee benefits such as leaves, medical, insurance etc. including statutory submission/claims.
- Plan and organize internal and external HR marketing activities.
- Handle various administrative duties, record filing and HR controlling.
**The requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resource management.
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resource metrics.
- Knowledge of HR systems and databased.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
- People oriented and results driven.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
