**Job Title: Field Recovery Officer**
- **Job Summary**:_

As a Field Recovery Officer, you will be responsible for executing strategies to recover outstanding debts and delinquent payments from customers in designated areas. You will work closely with the credit recovery team to implement effective recovery plans and achieve recovery targets.
- **Job Descriptions**:_

**Field Visits**:
1. Conduct field visits to customers' homes, businesses, or other locations to negotiate and collect outstanding debts.

2. Engage with debtors in a professional and respectful manner to encourage repayment and resolve disputes or issues.

**Recovery Strategies**:
1. Develop and implement recovery strategies tailored to each customer's financial situation and payment history.

2. Negotiate repayment plans and settlements with debtors, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

**Documentation**:
1. Maintain accurate records of field visits, collection activities, and customer interactions using mobile devices or designated tools.

2. Prepare and submit detailed reports on field recovery activities, including progress updates and challenges encountered.

**Customer Communication**:
1. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the consequences of non-payment, discuss repayment options, and address any concerns or queries.

2. Provide clear and concise information regarding payment schedules, deadlines, and consequences of default.

**Compliance**:
1. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards governing debt collection practices.

2. Adhere to ethical standards and company policies in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
- **Requirements**:_

1) Malaysian **ONLY**.

2) Min **SPM** and above.

3) Valid driver's license (Min B2 license) and access to a reliable vehicle (Motorcycle) for field visits.

4) Knowledge of local geography and familiarity with the areas assigned for field recovery activities is desirable.

5) Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.

6) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.

7) Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle challenging situations diplomatically.

8) Previous experience in debt recovery, collections, or field sales roles is advantageous.
