**Job Title: IT Assistant**

**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
**SAP Business One Expertise**:

- Demonstrate proficiency in SAP Business One (SAPB1) to effectively manage and support the company's enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize SAPB1 functionalities to enhance business processes.

**IT Infrastructure Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day IT operations, including hardware and software maintenance, system upgrades, and user support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for technological enhancements and implement solutions to improve overall efficiency.

**Data Security and Compliance**:

- Implement and maintain robust data security measures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies related to data protection and IT security.

**Business Process Improvement**:

- Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement through technology.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to implement IT solutions that align with business objectives and drive operational excellence.

**Training and Documentation**:

- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for employees on IT tools and systems.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience with SAPB1 is a plus.
- Good understanding of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
- Effective communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry best practices in data security and compliance.
- Preferably a new graduate.

**Salary**: RM2,400.00 per month
