**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities and Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Organize and execute sales calls to potential clients, build rapport and handle obstacles.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Drive sales through customer direct approach and meet up to promote hotel/event packages.
- Drive sales through digital and online marketing to expand the target range.
- Ensure providing a high quality standard of guests service, sales quotations and sales promotion according to Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
- Liaison with marketing personnel on press releases, advertising and marketing strategies; assists in sponsorship and supplier participation in promotions and mercandising, if necessary.
- Capability of establishing consolidated relationship with corporate companies (for corporate sales) and govemment agencies (for govemment sales).
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the immediate superior as and when necessary.

**Job Requirement**:
**Required Education 所需学历**:

- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.

**Required Experience所需经验**:

- Minimum five (3) years managerial experience in the events and marketing field in hospitality and/or hotel industry.

**Required Skills 所需技能**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Excellent time and stress management, organization, planning, customer relations interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Good team player, problem solving and leadership skills.
- Able to shoulder work pressure in fast pave working environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
