Monitoring and Updating Marketplace Content
- Regularly update product listings across all e-commerce platforms
(such as Website, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.), ensuring accurate, up-to-date,
and optimized content.
- Maintain consistency in product descriptions, images, and specifications across multiple
channels.
- Update product pricing, inventory levels, and promotions on every channel in real-time,preventing discrepancies.
- Inventory and Stock Updates
- Ensure that inventory levels are updated daily and reflect real-time stock availability across all online platforms.
- Coordinate with the logistics or warehouse team to ensure timely stock replenishment and avoid stockouts.
- Estimate stock requirements based on sales forecasts and ongoing promotional activities to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensuring Correct Product Details
- Verify that all product details are complete, including size, color, material, and specifications.
- Ensure that product images are of high quality and show the product from multiple angles, aligning with platform requirements.
- Assisting in Developing and Executing Promotional Campaigns
- Work closely with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns, including discounts, special offers, or seasonal events.
- Ensure campaign details are integrated into product listings, banners, and
promotions on all e-commerce channels.
- Execute promotional plans within defined timelines and ensure smooth
operation across all platforms.
- Order Tracking and Customer Communication
- Ensure all customer orders (online or in-store) are processed accurately and
entered into Xilnex system on time.
- Ensure that tracking information is accurately updated in the system and provided to customers upon order shipment.
- Assist customers with order tracking inquiries, providing them with up-to-date information on their order status. Monitor order changes, including cancellations, modifications, or returns, and ensure they are accurately reflected in the system.
- Process refund or exchange requests and update the order system to avoid discrepancies in inventory or customer accounts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of orders processed, including shipping details, payment status, and customer communications. Coordinate Order
- Shipments to Istore
- Compile and create a list of orders that need to be sent to Istore for fulfillment.
- Coordinate closely with the Istore team to ensure smooth and timely order
transfers between the main warehouse and the Istore.
- Work with the Istore team to schedule and confirm inbound dates for stock arrivals, ensuring that the timeline is adhered to.
- Liaise with Istore Team to Resolve Fulfillment Issues
- Tagging and Preparing Items for Istore

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
