Prioritize and monitor Shopee Ads paid advertising campaign management.
- Administration and processing of online orders on E-commerce platforms which is Shopee.
- Maintain and ensure product information such as pricing, inventory is up-to-date and accurate.
- Daily monitor and reply customer inquiries appropriately Shopee platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices.
- Handle & manage to follow up with customers' requests, enquiries, orders etc.
- Daily monitor on product reviews / ratings and reply to queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Manage to come up with solutions by communicating with online platform's customer service.
- Upload product details, including product titles, descriptions, prices, images, and specifications and maintaining all the SKUs selection on Shopee platforms.
- Assistance with price adjustments / promotion deals on Shopee platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Degree/Diploma holder in IT/Engineering/Accounting or any course that related
- Good knowledge in working with E-commerce portal which is Shopee.
- Able to adapt to a fast paced working environment with deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in customer enquiries and feedbacks.
- Ability to work well under pressure, detail oriented and has strong logical and critical thinking to solve problems.
- Able to work independently.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
