As a growing e-commerce company, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated intern to assist in our daily operations, marketing initiatives, and social media strategies, particularly for TikTok. If you have a passion for fashion, digital marketing, and influencer collaborations, this is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.

**Internship Duration**:
[ 3-6 months]

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Assist with Daily E-Commerce Operations**:

- Support the smooth running of day-to-day e-commerce activities, and customer inquiries.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- **Affiliate Marketing and Influencer Collaboration**:

- Research and identify potential affiliate content creators and influencers in the fashion and lifestyle niche.
- Reach out to influencers and manage collaborations for video creation or live streaming to promote our brand.
- Support the development of affiliate marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- **Content Creation & Live Stream Support**:

- Work closely with the live host team to brainstorm, plan, and execute creative content ideas for TikTok live streams.
- Assist in preparing live stream sessions (e.g., product demonstrations, scriptwriting, and visual setup).
- Help monitor live streams, engage with the audience, and respond to live comments when necessary.
- **Social Media & Marketing Support**:

- Assist in the creation of social media posts, stories, and content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Help track performance metrics of influencer collaborations and live streams, making recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in developing and executing online marketing campaigns to drive brand engagement and product sales.
- **Trend Spotting & Market Research**:

- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, fashion, and influencer marketing strategies to suggest relevant content and influencer collaborations.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide insights to help improve content strategies.

**Requirements**:

- Strong interest in fashion, e-commerce, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and social media trends.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics is a plus.
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms or content creation is a plus, but not required.
