To work in partnership with DBS Finance and D&A functions to: - Support contract renewals/ proposal for D&A - review, validate and proceed with approval and signing accordingly based on the iCAP/UKCAP requirement. Ensure operational execution in accordance to contracts/ Contract Change Notes (CCN’s) or Service Level Agreements (SLA’s). - Manage Purchase Order and invoices as per contract’s agreement - Investigate and resolve vendor’s payment issue by complying to BAT audit requirement - Ensure all the correct contract commercial details, timeline, PO and invoices value are captured correctly in budget file. Requirement: - Degree/Diploma holder in any discipline - 4-6 years work experience in a complex IT services environment with reasonably good understanding on contract management and finance - Insightful, comfortable with ambiguity and uncertainty, proactive, collaborative and consultative - Having good understanding and knowledge on relevant tools and systems, such as SAP and Coupa is preferred - Intermediate to Expert MS Excel - Meticulous, process-oriented and analytical - Fast learner and ability to work independently
