**Position Overview**:
Keeping HDL Solutions Sdn Bhd's finances organized and running smoothly by handling data entry, managing invoices and payments, tracking expenses, supporting payroll and preparing financial reports.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Managing Financial Data**
- Enter financial information into the company's accounting system.
- Keep track of financial records and ensure they are accurate and up-to-date.

**2. Handling Invoices and Payments**
- Manage incoming bills from suppliers and ensure they are recorded correctly.
- Help schedule and process payments to vendors and sometimes create invoices for customers.

**3. Reconciliation**
- Compare the company's bank statements with its records to make sure everything matches.
- Check that records for things like accounts receivable and payable are accurate.

**4. Tracking Expenses**
- Keep track of company expenses and ensure they stay within budget.

**5. Payroll Support**
- Assist with calculating and processing employee wages and benefits.

**6. Preparing Reports**
- Help gather information to create reports on the company's financial status.

**7. Communication**
- Work with other departments to get financial information and resolve issues.
- Communicate with vendors and clients about payments and invoices.

**8. General Support**
- Handle filing, scheduling and other routine administrative tasks.
- Ensure financial processes follow company policies and regulations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Capable of multitasking efficiently
- Proficiency in microsoft office software and basic computer skills
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Adaptability and a willingness to learn and grow in the role
- Discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- **Office Location**: Jalan SP 11/2, Seri Pristana, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
