**Scope and Responsibilities as a Facility Management Inspector**

**I. Inspection and Assessment**:

- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to assess the condition of the building, equipment, and systems (such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems).
- Identify maintenance needs, potential safety hazards, and areas requiring repair or improvement.

**II. Document Review and Verification**:

- Review and verify the accuracy of documents related to maintenance, operations, safety, and compliance.
- Ensure that all documents are complete, up-to-date, and in compliance with established regulations and standards.

**III. Verification and Audit**:

- Perform regular audits and inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with management procedures, safety standards, and regulations.
- Review and verify maintenance and repair reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to established standards.

**IV. Quality Monitoring**:

- Review and verify the work performed by maintenance staff and contractors to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections of materials and equipment used in maintenance and repair.

**V. Process Improvement**:

- Recommend improvements to facility management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with facility managers to implement suggested changes and improvements.

**VI. Document Verification for Payment Requests**:

- Responsible for verifying all documents related to written requests for monthly Facility -----Management Maintenance (FMM) service payments.

**VII. Communication**:

- Communicate with the finance department, facility managers, and service providers to clarify any issues or uncertainties in the payment request documents.

**VIII. Work Hours Flexibility**:

- The inspector may need to work outside regular office hours to meet monthly audit and inspection requirements.

**IX. Continuous Learning and Adaptability**:

- Always be efficient and have the ability to learn independently, understand the tasks given, and be ready to learn new things that can benefit you.

**X. Other Duties**:

- Carry out tasks as directed by management or supervisors from time to time.

**XI. Event and Activity Management**:

- Coordinate and manage hall bookings for events such as congregational prayers, weddings, lectures, and community activities.
- Ensure the hall is set up and arranged correctly according to the requirements of each event.
- Coordinate with event organizers to understand and meet their needs, ensuring the event runs smoothly without disruptions.
- Provide technical and logístical support during events to ensure all technical and operational needs are met.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
