**Junior Executive - Office & Admin**

Kuala Lumpur - TTDI

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in day-to-day office administrative and operational matters.
- Organize and manage documents, correspondence records and maintain efficient and accurate filling systems for easy access and retrieval.
- Attend to incoming and outgoing calls and inquiries.
- Coordinate, organize and schedule meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Assist with preparation of reports, power point presentations and correspondences.
- Assist marketing team with management of sales and marketing administrative matters.
- Other duties as assigned by Management from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Required Skill(s): Computer literate with good knowledge in Microsoft Office - Word/Excel.
- Must be independent and resourceful, with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be able to multi-task, possess a high level of integrity and discretion to maintain confidentiality in matters.
- Required Language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese.
- Basic knowledge in accounting is an added advantage.
- At least 2 year(s) of experience in a related field is required for this position.
- Fresh graduates with good communication and time management skills are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
